Guest Feedback

Guests can submit reviews in four different ways, depending on which option(s) the establishment has chosen:

  • By completing the Guest Review on the establishment's complimentary webpage on www.aatravel.co.za, by clicking on the "Review It..." button
  • By completing the printed Guest Review forms AND / OR
  • By entering Guest Reviews on a customised aPad (Digital Guest Book device) at the establishment AND / OR
  • By entering guest reviews electronically via eGuestSurv
